🌸 Background of the Initiative:
For the last 5 months, *Meri Pahal Fast Help* has successfully run the *Women Empowerment – Self-Employment Scheme* across 17 states of India. Through this initiative, thousands of women received free training in skills like bulb making, soap making, tailoring, spice packing, and more.
A 2-month pause was taken to upgrade and digitize the system for wider reach and efficiency. During this break, some individuals spread false rumors claiming the initiative was fraudulent. However, the truth is clearly recorded – those who were given targets and failed to meet them did not receive any benefits. The organization has a transparent record of every participant's performance.

1. Free Skill Training:
* Those who have already been trained in bulb and soap making will start receiving work assignments from October 15.
* New members who wish to learn and work from home can also join for free training and earn based on their skills.
2. Work from Home for Everyone:
Every individual will get tasks based on their skillset. Whether it’s making products, packaging, or delivery – work will be assigned accordingly.
3. Coordinator System:
Panchayat, Block, and District-level Coordinators will get the opportunity to:
* Deliver customer orders received via the app
* Coordinate with local product makers
* Manage logistics in their local area
4. Distributor System:
Distributors will:
* Receive customer orders via the app
* Deliver products locally
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of products
